Acts 1:8 (NIV) But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”

1Peter 3:15 (NIV) But in your hearts set apart Christ as Lord. Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have. But do this with gentleness and respect

Missions.  Missions is not something we do; it's who we are.  We are the bearers and tellers of the greatest story ever told, and it is our privilege and responsibility to carry the Good News to the ends of the earth.

Of course, that often begins with our next-door neighbors.  We can't authentically conduct missions work on the other side of the world if we neglect our own community.  So, we strive to be balanced in our approach to increase God's renown locally, nationally, and globally.

To that end, we give cooperatively to several missions entities and spend a great deal of resources equipping our people to reflect Him.

Matthew 24:14 (NIV) And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come.

Missions is more than going or sending.  Missions is having an overflow of the grace of God that we cannot help but share it with everyone with whom we come in contact.  So, everything we do is aimed at pointing people to Christ so that He may be glorified and that others may see Him through us.
